Concept & Design (A.K.A Art Director)
The Basics: The OtterBox brand and design is imperative in communicating the culture, creativity and innovation surrounding Otter products. The Concept & Designer will apply the Otter brand in new and effective ways to gain brand recognition for Otter products. They will help with conceptual exploration, creative development, art direction and final production for a multitude of campaigns in a variety of mediums.

What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
• Conceptualization and strategic brand campaign thinking
• Create and present campaigns to internal clients
• Lead art direction for print, large-format, in-store, video, online and non-traditional materials
• Collaborate and work with other departments as needed
• Working within established brand guidelines
• Push the boundaries of creative deliverables while demonstrating technical and artistic skills throughout the campaign development process
What You’re Made of: Creativity, drive for results, innovation management, presentation skills, vision and purpose
What You Need (but not limited to):
• 2-5 years in creative campaign development process within a team
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite®
• Strong creative skills such as art direction, typography, storyboarding, photo retouching
• Skills in branding and strategic brand enhancement
• Experience working with vendors (printers, video editors, agencies, etc.)
• Ability to manage projects independently and work well in teams
