Join Harrell Fletcher as he shares his insights on David Rosenak’s paintings in the Museum’s Contemporary NW gallery – along with a Q&A with David.
“David Rosnak is an amazing local artist who through his long engagement with Portland as a subject for his meticulous paintings has created an important document of a specific time and place. David's work, though much admired by the people who know it, has been under-appreciated, so this is a great opportunity to bring greater attention to a very deserving artist.”

I cannot believe I missed this. David's paintings are among my favorites in the museums entirety. I will often visit solely to see them.
I can only hope that someday in the future David will return to the art museum to speak. I would love the opportunity to see this incredibly talented artist.
