If you're a gamer then you are probably patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for the latest installment in the Gears of War franchise, Judgement. It is going to be an all out digital slug fest when it hits the streets on March 19.
Xbox wanted to turn up the heat on this release, and so they turned to Roundhouse to get the word out across the social-verse. The Portland agency responded with a socially-integrated event that would connect players with the actual characters over the course of two live sessions. Fans got the chance to lob questions at Cole and Baird, two of the main characters from the franchise, to which they would respond in character. They even answered a few favorite the questions via voice recording from the two cogs.
Roundhouse worked with a team of writers, voice actors and moderators to pull this event off. It's just one of the numerous ways that the agency is working extend Xbox's social foothold.
