Phaidon Archive of Graphic Design

Yesterday's post from Quan Payne got us milling around the Phaidon site looking at all the fantastic books that are soon to be unleashed on us. We came across this little video yesterday for the lovely, Phaidon Archive of Graphic Design.

This reference set is a monster and features some 500+ 12x9 cards that feature iconic designs from albums, books, and cd covers that can be used as reference in assembling new projects. We think all totaled it was some ridiculous number like 3,000+ images in this set. The only thing we really hate about this release is the promotional video that Phaidon put together to hype the project. Yikes. Talk about cheesy.
