By The Portland Egotist / / We always love making first contact with a new studio. Checking out a new roster of work, exploring styles and influences—these are the things that keep us engaged. We stumbled across this great animated piece from Joth Studios located here in Portland. The team has been around for awhile, but this is our first interaction with their work. The piece they produced for Pitney Bowes is more of a long-short, so to speak, in which they are giving some contextual history to the work that the company has been doing for the past several decades. What we were really into was the animation. Very smooth, very solid as it kind of led us (willingly) through the narrative. We’re looking forward to spending more time checking out Joth and what they have to offer.
