As a Content Producer at SixSpeed, you will play a pivotal role in successfully executing content productions. This position requires creative insight, project management prowess, and strong client relationship skills to ensure productions meet and exceed expectations within allocated resources. You will be central to the production; handling crew hiring, resource allocation, and bringing creative concepts to life safely, on budget, and on time. From pre-production through post-production, you'll monitor the budget, production processes, progress on set and in the office, addressing unexpected challenges and providing creative solutions.
THE TASK AT HAND
-Collaborate closely with clients, account teams, and creatives to understand project objectives and develop innovative concepts and production strategies.
-Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive production plans, encompassing budgets, timelines, and staffing requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals and creative vision.
-Assist in building and maintaining a network of skilled freelance producers, directors, photographers, videographers, and production staff, fostering strong working relationships.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely project delivery.
-Provide valuable input during the production process to maintain alignment between artistic vision and client objectives, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
-Participate in overseeing casting, wardrobe, set design, lighting, and other production activities to uphold superior quality throughout the production phase.
-Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing regular updates on project progress, and promptly addressing any feedback or concerns.
-Support the Executive Producer in managing client expectations, maintaining positive relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
-Assist in managing and tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial reports, contributing to on-budget project completion and profitability.
-Work closely with the Executive Producer to ensure accurate budget forecasting, resource allocation, and cost-effective production solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
-3+ years of proven experience in contributing to successful photo and video production projects, demonstrating a solid grasp of visual storytelling, design principles, and aesthetics.
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving project dynamics and timelines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive collaboration with clients, team members, and external partners.
-Leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward exceptional outcomes and make autonomous decisions on the spot.
-Willingness and ability to be onset in remote locations and wilderness environments.
-Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation, with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
-Willing and able to travel up to 35% of the time.
-Excellent at dealing with the unexpected and helping find creative solutions.
