The account supervisor helps Room 214’s Solutions team by supporting the Account Director in the execution of clients’ customer insights, strategy, overseeing and working with account managers, and coordinating between other departments.
The account supervisor is able to manage many details with finesse and organization, keep clients overarching goals in mind, and be a stickler for deadlines. They’re also able to juggle multiple projects and re-prioritize seamlessly as needed. Lastly, they must work well with many different roles and personalities.
We are looking for a candidate with demand generation experience who can help our clients establish and evolve their B2B marketing strategies.
Knowledge + Skills
3-5 years background and passion for B2B digital marketing
A deep understanding of the typical B2B buying process
Well-rounded channel-level expertise (paid, email, social etc.) and hands on experience executing in several channels
Have experience in managing day-to-day client relationships
Work with our team and contractors to execute inbound tactics at a high strategic level, as well as a channel level with the goal of producing top-notch inbound asset.
Strong relationship-building, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
Experience with reporting metrics, and ability to identify customer insights that turn into actionable recommendations
Passion for copywriting: from report insights to social copy, everyone on the team contributes to crafting copy. This role crafts and sends a lot of emails and must understand the importance of writing clearly and respectfully
Bonus points for:
Becoming a HubSpot and marketing automation pro and keeping up with software updates and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Internally
Assist the creative, strategy, and channel teams in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Help use customer insights to build and progress the clients’ marketing strategies and come up with new ideas.
Manage and run all internal communications meetings, ensure internal teams are exceeding client expectations
Client-facing
Develop expertise in our clients’ respective industries
Stay on top of client’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
Be the primary point of contact for the client and manage ad hoc client requests and questions
Educating the client on process, execution best practices, or technology
Run all project management between the internal teams and the client. Prepare and run client and internal status meetings and calls, and ensure that action items are completed

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$80,000.
