Planet Propaganda, a creative agency in Madison, WI is seeking an enthusiastic, wrangler-of-all to join our team. Your welcoming charisma is contagious, and helping others is your thing. You perform the day-to-day duties of office administration and facilities management, work closely with all departments, and are always a few steps ahead of everyone else.

If your friends would describe you as Type A, the pal who always orders food for the table, the traveler with a bulletproof itinerary, the person who organizes their closet by color or the friend to turn to for help in a pinch - you’re just who we are searching for.

We’ll surround you with an inspired crew of high-quality humans, a beautiful lake right out the door, a fancy schmancy bar across the hall, and all of the dogs and perks you’d expect of a new-fangled workplace.

This is a full-time position. Ideal candidate lives in the area and is available to work in office, as needed.

Requirements
- 3+ years in Office Management and Administration (agency experience a plus)
including: phones, mail, client service, supply inventory, internal event coordination, staff assistance, computer/printer assistance, etc.
- Excellent listening and distillation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful and relaxed, with a great sense of urgency and initiative
